Loose Leaf Tea Prep:

1. 1-2 TBSP Loose Leaf Tea
2. Place in strainer or tea vessel.
3. Immerse in hot water.
4. Let stand for 20 minutes
5. Add Honey or Stevia for organic flavoring
6. Drink.
